10-12 years into each season I do, I notice this too. And when I turn it off for a particular player, the next season, the AI turns it right back on for that player unless I force them to a position....

I logged in yesterday, and as you can see, at 8:36am on June 8, I was rewarded with 750 PP. I logged in today, 11:03am June 9, and it says I got a Standard Pack.

Same thing here. It happens to me every time I expand the league. The first season after the expansion is always fine but that season never ends. This never happened in OOTP 21.
