Mine aren't shifting FB / LD type. They are shifting FB/LD to normal, and they are shifting Normal to GB.

Jose Ramirez (.75 gb to fb ) shows normal.
Betts (.75 gb/fb) is Normal.
Muncy (.76) is normal too.

In my opinion, anyone with gb ratio under 1 should be FLY BALL or LINE DRIVE. Betts is in the top 12 lowest in the league he should be either Line Drive or Fly Ball.

This sounds like a bit of a copout for the AI to me, basically we're saying that the AI can be competitive with a human who has limited information. Basically the AI will continue to make mistakes...

Waivers

I believe this a is a bug. I claimed two guys off waivers and they went directly to my triple A team. Shouldn't I be forced to put them on my big league roster or get them through waivers myself?
