I don't know about Maddux, he was amazing but he also spent half his career in places other than Atlanta. Pendleton, Justice, and McGriff all have the same problem. Glavine was my favorite player...

Relievers used too much or never being used

So I've noticed in a bunch of sims that one year you'll have a couple relievers appearing in 100+ games and your starters all throw 170-180 innings, the next year the relievers will be lucky to throw...

I've never actually had the home run problem, I've only ever seen a player hit 60 home runs once, and 50 is a rarity. It's one reason I switched from Baseball Mogul where it happened too often
