Player Development

I am seeing a lot of 22-26 year olds that decreasing in abilities. There are two things that I see could contribute to this:

Development money and coaches.

Any ideas?

If you want to change his role you can wait until his contract expires. When you click on his demand change the role. Most likely he will say "If you want me to be a "" it will cost you more money....
