It doesn't seem to like any of the jersey fonts that come with this. It's either the .webp files that ship with the game or you can just look at that default red.

I'm a Steam user so can't get the early release, but I can confirm that OOTP23 runs on Win 11 with no issues, so I would expect OOTP24 to be the same.
