Es gibt in data\database bzw. default_data\database die Datei fake.inc, diese löschen oder umbenennen und du hast die richtigen Namen zurück.

For convenience's sake I listed the leagues as they appear in game, hence NHL = US. I agree there should be an extra category for multinational leagues.

I'll be doing some more leagues this week, plus I noticed that a few of the logos I made when the game still had the light background...
