Won auction, but player not on my roster!

I won an auction this morning, spending over 10K PP for Max Scherzer - Hillsboro Hops, 303 Diamond league. It shows in my transactions, but he is not on the roster! Help!

Players going to Reserve Roster

I just noticed that several players - most of my best ones - are now in the Reserve Roster, even though I never did anything to make that happen! Now I can't get them back until 10 games have passed....

How to replenish minor leagues

The annual rookie draft is only going about 6 players deep, even though it's set for 20. How do I get more players into my minor league system?

Follow up

I had submitted this to support and got this response - which did solve the problem.

"You should be able to fix this by doing the following:
1) Go to the "Game" menu.
2) Click on Game Settings....

Historical Sim runs out of rookie league

I started a historic sim in 1968 and am now in 1971. I hit late June and got a message that my rookie league team doesn't have enough players. The game won't let me continue, but doesn't give me any...
