Average highlights

Hi,

I just bought the game and I made a few games.
I tried to put in options "average highlights" but each times I see only goals.

I just finished my first season with Edmonton and the AI doesn't ask me for a trade proposal during the entire season.
I read that there were changes but didn't see them, is it normal ?

Hi,
I tried to make the expansion draft by myself but it seems a bit hard.
Is there a way to sort the players by teams so we can find easier which player we can take in each team ?
