How about a scale like wRC+ which makes average 100 and, and 110 is 10%...

Someone proposed reducing the MLB regular season to 130 games, while starting and ending roughly the same time as the current schedule.

Games would be played Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday,...
