Negro league players not importing

I have created a txt file to import complete rosters. I used the Baseball Reference ID's but the Negro league players did not import. How do you get them to import?

Why are my pitchers still exhausted after 5 days rest? Every one of my pitchers is classified as exhausted. Each pitcher has started one game and I did not run their pitch count high.
