Might be that OOTP has a misinterpretation of the rules due to a couple exceptions that happened.

There's a bug where pitches are being shown...

There's a bug where pitches are being shown graphically as lower than they actually are. I assume this would impact PT as well. It's being corrected in the next patch per Lukas.
