Does anyone know what the CPU AI uses with scouting off? Do they see the true ratings or just not what you see?

So all settings are keeping except roster limits and of course I have to replace guys on any new team I get. But it does import the minors. Wish it would save the roster limits and just keep the same...

Yeah were trying to do this for an online league start started in 2022 but we do random drafts. Thought it would be fun but seems to be less ideal for this type of league. Maybe better for starting...
