You can't issue a QO if the player was traded midseason so that rules out Giolito and Grichuk. I'm not sure on the rules if a player only gets waived.

If you transfer your save from 21 then you will still have your same structure in 22. The only way you will have the new structure is by starting a new game in 22.

They've fixed some of the other Classic 2D issues...

They've fixed some of the other Classic 2D issues that we've had. This one has been around forever and is really annoying. I hope they can get it fixed.
