I have an 8 team league that I'd like to setup with relegation. In OOTP 18 you could only demote 4, but I'd like to be able to demote 5. Has this setting changed in OOTP 19 or is there some other...

I am experimenting with the Relegation format mirroring a plan I use offline. The "Top" League has 8 teams; only the Top 3 return the next year. I want to do this using OOTP. Got through...

I get the same problem and my steps are pretty simple

Click on "New Custom Game"
Click on "Create Historical League"
Change Season Year to XXXX (I've tried 1920 and 1968)
Click on "Next Step"...
