Cannot trade picks

Even though I enabled the trading of draft picks, there is nowhere to see them on the trade screens and the AI isn't trading them either.

Drafting and scouting --- YES!

Deleting international leagues in Challenge Mode

Can I delete the international leagues in Challenge Mode? I added them all when I did my MLB 2017 start and it's severely dragging down my sim speed.
