I just want the league stats to be "in the ballpark", so to speak... just something close to the 1950 season numbers.

Realize there will be some variations, but well within tolerance.

I went to the public library and found two great books on the Negro Leagues... from them I could get a good idea of how the players, hit, ran, played defense, pitched... it was "educated"...

I was a big fan of the old Southern Association (1900-1961)… I did a replay of the seasons 1947, 1948 and 1949 using OOTPB... lived in New Orleans and often saw the Pelicans play at Pelican Stadium...
