I'm a bit confused by what you mean. You mean a difference between Short A and Single A? There is a difficulty difference. Between Low A and Advanced A however that doesn't seem to be implemented yet.

Agreed, this ties in with the lack of Catcher pick off attempts. Maybe have a function with home often a manager will want a Catcher to attempt them.

You technically can do college baseball currently, there's just no implementation in for recruiting/transfers and the draft rules with college baseball aren't implemented.
