as stated above ootp doesn't resolve three-way ties properly; I've had seasons (both where my team has been involved and just computer teams) where it has taken over two weeks to break a 3 way-tie.

it would almost have to be the GM of the club overall, while the minor league manage could put a player there, that would not get him a replacement player, nor would he be able to bring that player...

it's going to take over 2 hours to download the game from this local, don't want to wait, but I'm 99.7% sure that you can. It does create the two folders in mydocs but they are empty.
