I don't think it's an issue. A non position player can fill in and depending on his ratings will do the job. I wouldn't put a catcher at SS but you can.

Moving saved game files hasn't worked since iOS 8.1.3 I think. You can add stadium files to the section where the data folder is using iTunes file sharing.

I think right now with the most recent Apple Software iOS update there is no way to do this. Maybe a future update next year will allow this to be possible again.
