Everything that Takao did, I also did. Correct build, always used default installation, nuked all the files, including searching for any leftover files. I even ran a registry check and got rid of any...

Same. Uninstalled, deleted everything I could...

Same. Uninstalled, deleted everything I could find, even searched to make sure no ootp files were left. Reinstalled and no challenge mode. Same as screenshot above.
