I finally solved this case.

As I mentioned earlier, during the DirectX driving process, I confirmed that the [ntdll.dll] file is contaminated.

I don't know why this file was in trouble with OOTP, although it didn't cause...

Thank you for responding to my repeated inquiries.

I thought of a lot of cases and tested them, and in the process, I found a suspected conflict with Directx.

I made a report through dxdiag, and diagnostics confirmed the conflict with OOTP26.exe....

So far, what I've tried to do was delete the old OOTP series folder in the "My Documents" folder, and delete the old OOTP series folder in the %appdata% folder. Does anyone have any other advice?

The first few times I saw ootp26.exe run for about a second

Now, even if watch closely, can't even see the moment it's executed.

I installed it properly on my NVMe disk. When I hit the play button on the steam, it changes a few cloud related messages and outputs a "running" message, but then the play button is activated again...
