Some relievers with high salaries but exclusively previous starters at the tail end of their careers.

32, the number I thought was the default amount of players in this version, but I see that 16 are the default.
Have not changed anything so I assume that 32 is what you start a save with.

Haha. I play GM-only and the only time I use commissioner mode is when I have a manager that control the hiring for certain staff-positions. To override that over the hiring process.
