Only the one time. However, I go back into game, when I exit, at the top it says initializing but stays at 0% and the bar never moves like its not saving. Then OOTP closes.

I opened game again...

Several errors when quitting OOTP

Was setting up PT team and submitted team. When I exiting I got about 4-5 different errors that popped up. When finally got exiting, here is the errors the report.

Now when I got back into game...
