Loaded my game today and the skin has changed to classic. Only options are dark or light. Not sure why skin has changed? Can't find way to change back please help

HI been playing OOTP24. When trying to load game this morning message saying cant load as saved with old version of game?? followed steps to load from OOTP23....that i dont have. message states game...
