I've tried verifying the files and I've tried...

I've tried verifying the files and I've tried deleting everything and then verifying again. The ice is still not showing. Is there anything else I could do?

2D Mode Ice Not Working

When I try to watch games in 2D mode the ice textures do not appear. The players on a gray background with the logo in the middle. Does anyone know why the ice is not appearing?

Thanks that fixed it, but now in the 2D mode the ice is nonexistent. It's all just gray with the logo in the middle

Exbition Game Crash

Every time I have to start a exhibition game the game crashes on the "importing names" part of loading. I just bought the game and I haven't done anything else besides try to load up a exhibition...
