Resolved. It was a problem with how Windows handled the switching between integrated and dedicated graphics cards. Thanks.

3D mode crashes the game - error log included

I used to always be able to play OOTP 22 in 3D game mode on my Windows machine. Then the machine required a reformat for unrelated reasons, and ever since I can't get it to work. I didn't worry too...
