Still getting the this app can't run on your pc...

Still getting the this app can't run on your pc message when the install program gets to the point where it would normally open OOTP22 to complete installation. I'm definitely stumped.

Windows 10 64bit. I have not had a problem with the 64 bit version before this patch and I clicked on the same link as always.

Everytime I try to install I get an error message saying not compatible with pc. I'm clicking on the same fastspring version I did with other patches. Previously the game worked fine, now I can't...
