RTS Grinding to halt

I've got an issue when running enhanced RTS in my online league. I've disabled overlay in both Steam and Discord and confirmed it's not a CPU issue on my end.

Okay, that's what I've heard/read as well. Defensive information isn't as important to our league as the offensive ratings input - and pitcher information is a huge concern for us.

When ratings are initially created for OOTP, it's my understanding that ZiPS projections are utilized and then 'adjustments' are made to reflect opening day rosters so the AI doesn't make unrealistic...
