Second Time it happened. Tells me to restart from "incident" file?

Not sure what is going on but obviously frustrating!!! I'll get into the 3rd season or so and it happens the first time. Now it happened in like 2027. Ugh. Any advice?

Corrupt File?

I just got a corrupt file warning and it won't let me load my game? This is the 2nd time it has happened. Would really not prefer to start all over yet again. Is there any fix for this? It mentions...
