That was it.Overlay was enabled in general steam...

That was it.Overlay was enabled in general steam settings, but not in the actual game property settings.

Crash or Blk Scn in 2d/web modes

Good news 3d now working after changing Open GL settings as suggested.

Bad news program crashes in 2d/web cast modes with fullscreen selected and mostly black screen in windowed mode.

Looks like I had it enabled but wasn't responding for some reason. When in doubt, do a restart and that fixed the issue. Using Steam for years, but never used the overlay feature. Thanks

Prior also has good stuff and pitches along with decent control and movement, so the total package. I have them both, but haven't used Prior yet due to my doing a rpg aspect of the game
