Box Score has umpires. Personally I'm not very interested in seeing them on the field.

I'm not sure if certain umpires have biases or not, but they do exist in the OOTP universe.

I think a right click option to send that pitcher out for the start of the next would more or less let a game flow like it normally would. I can't say how many times I've seen adverse results for...
