I am new to online leagues but have played a little OOTP and am a baseball fan. I wonder if someone could give advice on what type of league I'd want to join for my first league?

I am fairly new at this game and have never tried to play online before. I am not sure what kind of league I would want to play in. What advice would you offer in making that decision?
