It will still keep track of your time played. It just won't be on the steam network. In other words it just adds a shortcut to your games menu.

Way back when... GMO made a schedule for me (http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/schedules/185547-76-game-schedule-request.html#post2778081) scheduling the all-star game for early Sept. It worked...

Individually you can do this...

Granted if you want league-wide control over facial features you need to edit the ethnicities file, but if you just want to change one picture (or one at a time) you can do this from the player...

In past versions of OOTP the photos got re-used after the 'original' player retired.

I don't know how OOTPB 2006 handles this though.
