okay. I just realized my OS is not compatible...

okay. I just realized my OS is not compatible with FHM 5. I've sent an email to support for a refund.....and will be purchasing the game from Steam....darn....I was looking forward to playing this...

I went to the knowledge DB to see if there was any help to be found there.

What I tried,
1) removed the app and reinstalled it to a specific folder as described here, ...

I reset my security settings. deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I can get the error message. It says,

app will not launch at all

Hi,
I just purchased the game today from your webstore. The beta version downloads (163.5mb), installs but will not open (run) on my MacBook Pro. I got an error message saying the app is corrupted....
