Replacing Injured Players in the Postseason?

Possible? I'm getting "Promotions not allowed in Postseason" when bringing up a player to replace an injured one.

I typically rely on ratings (100 scale) more than anything... rarely, if ever rely on the Minors report - as I've never noticed a "hot" minor leaguer come up and produce at noticable levels.

Regarding the topic - I've seen this too.. I think its a bug, as it doesn't last but a game or so.
