I'm getting set to run a league where not all players (owners)
will be owners of the game itself.
Is there an easy way to use scouts when all
some players will have access to will be the reports...

Is there a faq or set of rules out there to help someone set up an online league for the first time? I'm not new to the game (I've had back to OOTP5), but would like to now run an online league....
