What trade and player eval settings are you using

Its my first time playing OOTP but I did some digging for suggestions for realism and decided on this.

Hard difficulty/ Neutral preference

Weights: 55/25/15/5


Haven't attempted any trades...

Any reason to not start with all leagues?

I'm new to this but is there any reason to not start with all the leagues included (ex., Nippon, Cuban, WBC, etc)?

Will I have to control any aspects of these leagues? Is there any disadvantage...
