Using that activation self help site I was able to figure out that it wasn't releasing the old license. I had to manually do it on that site with the computer identifier. Once I did that, it worked!...

I tried those things and didn't have any luck. Using the license activation site, it shows that all licenses have been activated already. And I double-checked that it was copying over the key...
