ok, so now in comparison to other teams why would the Bruins have such a low budget - 85m compared to Carolina for example at 99m and most other teams

is there a way to edit/change this?

I understand that concept. However, when I look at Salary obligation and Cap obligation there is negligible difference? Definitely not the difference on 20m + I see between Payroll and Cap.

Forgot to re-sign as GM - missed email

Ok, so spent two season building a great team and the missed the email to re-sign with team. I forwarded passed a save point and now I am un-employed. Is there a way to take the team back over?
