Dump the OSA chump!

That's a great idea - to just get rid of the OSA rating option when a player has "paid" the salary for a scout.

I mistakenly added players to the 40 player roster for Spring Training, not realizing I couldn't restore their off-roster status without putting them on waivers. Is there a trick for this, maybe....

OSA ratings or Head Scout?

I'm assuming that when evaluating a player if the Head Scout has a white background, that's whose rating I'm seeing; if the OSA rating is white that's the active rating. But is that right?

A couple problems?

I've had two occurrences of a pitcher getting injured and then the reliever would act as-if he didn't get a warm-up per MLB rules. Were these just coincidental, or an oversight in the programming?

I was disappointed that the editing problem wasn't fixed in the latest patch. Marcus said it was the last 19.8 update. Are there going to be 19.9 updates? I sure hope so -- I'm stuck until then.
