More of my 2 cents ...

I would suggest a 16 or 20 team league (24 if there was a TON of interest, but no more)... The reason is while these are supposed to be the best of the best, real life...

The WBF has a solid core of great owners and is looking for 3 to add to the mix. We just began our 3rd season and use fictional players. We sim 3 times a week and have a few interesting rules...

Doug is right this is a very well run league w competitive teams. LA has had the best record in the league the last 2 years.

Check out the WBF

Not around for as long as you woudl like, but a great league non the less. It was started by 2 OOTP vets frustrated w lack of quality leagues.

We have 3 teams open (Athens, Seoul, and Caracas)...
