AI keeps DFAing Minor Leaguers

Every week I'm having to assign multiple leaguers who are on my DFA page. One of them was a draft pick from last year. Never happened to me before, so assuming this is a bug.

Doesn't look like the scouting discoveries dominating the top prospect list has been fixed.

9 of the top 10 prospects are still 16-17 year old scout finds, and I'm only in June 2024.

Are the first couple of draft classes supposed to be this bad?

I'm in the second season of a franchise, and both draft classes have been awful so far potential wise.

The second draft class the highest potential guy is 3 stars.
