Changing stamina did not solve the problem so I changed it back to their original values. What solved the problem was using the force start option for the starting pitchers in the player strategy...

When simulating lots of games, sometimes my relief pitcher starts the game. Do you know why that is the case? Do you know how to stop this from happening? I disabled suspensions, injuries, fatigue...

This will definitely help because it takes minutes to create baseball cards. I disable it when I run simulations. I take about 15 minutes to simulate a regular MLB season.
