Draft Classes

I couldn't help but notice how AWFUL this draft class is. This is with scouting enabled, but regardless, this has to be the worst draft class I have ever seen...

So I have been testing my 24-team, fictional league idea. I then thought about adding feeders to strengthen the draft pools. However, after adding the feeders, the sim time slowed down considerably....

I think for the divisions that have only 5 states, I will pick one city from each state and then have a lottery for the 6th team. That way each state is represented by at least 1 team. The only one...
