Maybe he could, but in his career, over a 162 game season he'd average ~15. Just being realistic here. I could probably see him throwing 25 bases at umps/players/fans during the course of a season...

Is it possible to install the game even if I don't have an internet connection on the computer I wish to run the game on? I was planning on purchasing/downloading it at work and burning it to a CD....
