From what I saw in my testing, it would be fine as long as I didn't try to bring back the forbidden league name and maybe team names.

You have to add it to the international origin...

You have to add it to the international origin list on the League Settings (under players). Just tried it and it did generate IAFAs from Japan.

But can't randomize everything and still keep the league in the same...
