Same Settings For All Leagues?

Is there a way to have the settings of one league: financials, rules, stats & ai, etc. be used for all other leagues or do I need to manually change them for each league?

Realistic Amount Of Total Teams?

I've tried going all in and maxing out the total teams, which gives you something like 4000+ (2 conferences, 50 divisions each, 50 teams per division) not counting all the minor leagues and the game...
