This is basically the post I was going to make. OOTP runs with a TON more leagues than FHM. At least how I play the games. OOTP running with MLB and 6 levels of minors, plus HS and College feeder...

So, unless I missed something, a player's playing time has no influence on development? This seems to be a big oversight. Hopefully I am just missing it from the post.

I especially find RFAs hard to keep track of. It seems like they leave your roster with UFAs and you never get a notification about them...

Talking about interface, is there a plan to add the sidebar ribbon that OOTP uses? I love that one click usability that adds instead of having to make the extra click without it.
