Minor League Database Issues

I have tried to import minor league players that played in 2019 and 2021 and have gotten the "player not found" error. Is that an issue on my end? or was the minor league database not updated passed...

Cannot start OOTP17

Hello guys,

For whatever reason, i cannot get my copy of OOTP17 to start up.

I get a windows error, code 0x000007b.
