years ago we had the option and it was great...able to customize players like crazy...fun fun fun...

what would I like?

an option to provide user custom database instead of being stuck with the 'black box' known as 'historical db'.

the most customizable baseball game ever IS NOT customizable when it comes to player...

seems like it so difficult and time consuming to make an all-time great league...

i've read comments and for a game thats all about customization, customizing players is such a hassle...after 10...

how about an easy way to import custom players?

i used to be able to import custom players/stats from a csv file then a few years ago it was blocked and historical ootb file which i couldn't tinker with.

so much customization in the game yet...

why doesn't it just default to the normal schedule?

or did the schedule change?

i thought it was 2 wildcards...

what i'm trying to get is the standard playoff schedule with top 2 wildcards...

so i created a league based on MLB structure by in playoff settings it doesn't allow me to set number of wildcard teams.

what i really want is to have the current structure of 2 wildcards teams...

not a bug...looked it up...if RP pitches 3 innings, regardless of how far ahead, he gets the save.

disagree with the rule but the game is correct and i'm an idiot

it was a web page of box score which showed a RP come in at the 7th inning with his team leading 16-1…final score...

yup you're right...

guess bonds was a bad example to use...

johnson is getting rocked by everyone too...

it doesn't even make it worth it to use anyone from the past, they all become less than average...

the historical import changes everything...pitchers and hitters.

why can't it just keep the imported year stats and rate the player...

why is it that when i import pitchers from other eras (1900-1950) their ratings are low even though they dominated their time period?

i tried changing their ages but doesn't make any difference.

okay, why can't i just open the batting, pitching and fielding cvs files and put in 2013 stats?

why does the program go straight to the historical database.odb instead of going to the cvs files?
